Problem Note 54028: KPIs in the Benefit Tracking view might be incorrect

In SAS® Regular Price Optimization, the metrics in the Benefit Tracking view might be incorrect. The issue occurs because records that have negative promotion support values are incorrectly not considered in the calculations.
There is no workaround for this issue.
